We’ve made shopping easy and now we’re making returns just as easy. Starting in the first week of April, packages shipped out from Europe will contain a pre-printed return label – this applies to packages shipped from our Amsterdam warehouse. We’ve done this to ensure a smooth and easy return process for our customers. Including a return label in the box allows for more flexibility when our customers log a return. Instead of having to drop off your package at a specific location, you can also schedule a pick up at your convenience. Customers must still use the returns portal for approval of their return before shipping an item back to us. Failure to do so will result in the customer being liable for postage and other associated fees as outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
