The Harbour has announced that it will kick off operations within the European Union this coming week. The Amsterdam based company says that their core focus is their customers and user experience with a bigger emphasis on vendors that operate on the platform. A company representative has been quoted as saying:

The Harbour has been developed from the ground up to deliver a ubiquitous and homogeneous shopping experience through design and functionality that knows no borders to deliver the best shopping experience to our customers and our merchant partners worldwide.

The Harbour will also be laying down its future plans in what it believes will be the future of e-commerce in the European Union (EU) and the African Union (AU) in the months to come. The Harbour will also offer free shipping on all orders over €150 (subject to change without notice) in the EU with plans to expand free shipping to the AU in the coming months.
